Discover Frequently Asked Questions From Our Team
Our goal is to provide as much information as possible so that you can make an informed decision regarding your custom KOOP! There are a lot of details to consider, and we’re here to make sure there’s no guesswork in the process or outcome.
What size shipping containers are available?
ISO containers come in three standard lengths of 10, 20 or 40 feet. You can also spec standard height (8.5') or high cube (9.5') if additional volume is needed for equipment or capacity.
What type of water equipment can I spec?
We offer three main water generation and purification packages:
- Reverse Osmosis
- Desalination
- Atmospheric Water Generation
The units can process from 15 gallons/day up to 20,000 gallons/day.
What are the power sources available?
The equipment can be designed to run off of a generator, you can go completely off-grid with solar and battery storage, or you can spec a hybrid system that combines all three technologies.
What are the benefits of using a shipping container?
A key feature of sustainable containerized micro-grids is a plug-and-play design that facilitates easy deployment and installation. This user-friendly approach allows for rapid implementation without the need for extensive technical expertise. The modular components seamlessly interconnect, simplifying the setup process and enabling quick integration into various environments. This feature not only reduces deployment time but also enhances the versatility of the micro-grid, making it accessible for a wide range of applications and locations.
Can I have my KOOP container branded?
Yes we offer custom branding for our containerized units ranging from paint matching, vinyl wraps and even side mounted signage.
